  1. The user makes an inquiry or information request.
  2. The Virtual Agent hands it to DialGraph’s NLP Engine.
  3. DialGraph’s NLP Engine replies it and hands it back to the Virtual Agent.
  4. The user receives its answer from its usual Virtual Agent interface.
