Preprogrammed responses
The number of preprogrammed answers that an authorized user can add to a Dialgraph Agent.
Online Modeling Tool
An online modeling tool that can be accessed through a web browser is provided with the agent’s designer. This module includes a linguistic controller that monitors in real time the addition of new words to each language basic dictionary.
Test Chat
A test chat can be activated during the design process with which duplicity and incompatibility issues can be easily addressed.
Multi-Avatar
The user may choose among several avatars and even asign them a voice. The avatar may be placed in a pop-up, in a frame or even in the web.
Multi-agent
The user may create as many agents as she wishes as long as she does not exceed the preprogrammed responses limit.torizadas.
Multi-Diagrama
Within every agent, the user may divide her work in diagrams in order to work more comfortably.
Multi-Language
A virtual agent can have installed as many languages as you wish. The languages that are currently available are Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
Dictionary
A DialGraph can have a specific dictionary associated to it, that adds terms to the global language dictionary. The term management is done through the Online Modeling tool.
Unknown query management
Whenever the agent does not recognize what the user typed in its query as long as it has been a term or phrase, DialGraph enters in failure management mode and the user will receive an appropriate answer.
Insults and obscene language management
A DialGraph agent can spot insults and inappropriate language in sentences and can either provide an answer or ignore the query.
Reminder
After an insult or unknown query the user will be reminded about what the agent was expecting to assist on before the complete deviation of the conversation.
Information Tip
Whenever a user needs a little explanation, she can ask the agent about that certain topic and after the doubt has been solved, the virtual agent will return to the original path.
An example of this would be:
An user asks an agent configured to provide information about pizzas and during an assistance about the margherita pizza, the user asks the virtual agent the meaning of the word oven. DialGraph will then trigger the information tip about ovens and then a reminder to return to the original path.
Spell check and typographical error management
DialGraph detects typos and determines with a similarity threshold if it is a recognizable term. It can be configured to suggest the user the correct word spelling or take it for granted and provide the answer.
Entity processing
A virtual Agent can understand entities (set of terms that have a certain meaning if appear together). For instance: “Intelectual Property”
Random Input and/or unrecognizable words
If an user inputs a set of random letters, DialGraph can be configured to ignore it.
Customizable Reports
The user interactions are accessible through user input reports that are configurable by the user. This reports show detailed information about user behaviour and the agent’s response.
Export / Import
The modeling diagrams can be saved locally. Simply copy and paste the XML generated code that appears on the window.
Web Services
The dialog functions can be accessed through a specific library. This way, the information flow can be accessed from any development environment and can be easily integrated in applications such as: Third party virtual agents, IVR, movile phones
Setup
In the enterprise and corporate versions of DialGraph, a customized implementation is required which carries specific setup tasks and also an additional cost.
